Telehealth Informed Consent
Last updated September 2026
Please read this consent carefully before you complete your medical intake. By submitting your intake and signing, you confirm that you have read and understood it and agree to receive care through telehealth.
1. What telehealth is
Telehealth means receiving healthcare from a licensed clinician who is not in the same place as you. Care may include reviewing your online medical intake, photos, uploaded documents and lab results, and communicating with you by secure message, phone, or video. Your clinician may be located in a different city or state than you. More Tomorrows services are available in all 50 states through our clinician network, and your care is provided by a clinician appropriately licensed for your state.
2. Expected benefits
- Access to care without traveling to an office.
- More convenient scheduling and follow-up.
- Your clinician can review your history, goals, and labs in one place.
3. Limitations and risks
- Your clinician cannot perform a hands-on physical exam. Information you provide online may not be enough to make a safe decision, and you may be asked for more information, labs, or an in-person visit.
- Delays can happen if technology fails, information is incomplete, or follow-up questions are needed.
- As with any medical care, treatment may cause side effects, may not work as hoped, or may not be appropriate for you. Results are individual and are not guaranteed.
- Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients and are not FDA-approved products.
4. Technology and privacy limitations
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no electronic system is completely secure. There is a small risk that information could be intercepted, lost, or accessed without permission despite these safeguards. Use a private device and network where possible, and do not share your account login.
5. Alternatives, including in-person care
Telehealth is optional. You may choose to see a clinician in person instead, including your own primary care provider. Telehealth is not a replacement for a primary care relationship, and we encourage you to keep your regular doctor informed about any treatment you receive.
6. Emergencies
Telehealth through More Tomorrows is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away.
Messages and intake submissions are not monitored around the clock. Do not use them for urgent or time-sensitive problems.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give complete, accurate, and truthful information about your identity, health history, medications, allergies, and symptoms, and update us if anything changes.
- Use any prescribed treatment only as directed, and report side effects promptly.
- Complete any labs or follow-up your clinician requests.
- Be physically located in a state where your clinician can provide care when you receive care.
8. Prescribing is not guaranteed
Paying for an order does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed clinician decides, using independent medical judgment, whether a treatment is appropriate for you. The clinician may decline to prescribe, change the recommended treatment, or ask for more information. If a prescription is not approved, please review our refund terms on the Shipping & Returns page or contact us.
9. Communications
We may contact you by email, text message, or phone about your intake, orders, lab requisitions, and care. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can tell us how you prefer to be contacted, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
10. Confidentiality
The confidentiality protections that apply to in-person care also apply to telehealth. Your information is shared only with people and organizations involved in your care, such as your clinician, the dispensing pharmacy, and laboratories, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at hello@moretomorrows.com. Withdrawing consent will not affect your right to future care in person or elsewhere, but it will stop further telehealth care through More Tomorrows.
12. Acknowledgement
By signing your medical intake, you acknowledge that:
- You have read this consent and had the chance to ask questions.
- You understand the benefits, limitations, and risks of telehealth described above.
- You understand that prescribing is not guaranteed.
- You know to call 911 in an emergency.
- You agree to receive care through telehealth.
